 Valentines Day Cut-Off Period: To ensure delivery on time and take care each & every order with personalize touch, we have set Valentines cut-off time as follows: Metro Manila & Provincial Orders: 
 For selected remote/far areas with no direct flights: Mindanao/Southern Visayas area (Southern part of Philippines) - please always allow 2-3 days shipping time. If you place your order after cut off time for Valentine's Day delivery, we will still process your order and deliver as fast as possible under queue basis. Non-Delivery Wrong address or contact # always makes delay for delivery. Customer should provide complete address (should be use brgy) and contact # for the recipient. If the address is wrong, then items will be pending to our courier office ( for provincial area). Customer needs to pick the product from the courier office as we are not responsible for providing wrong and contact #.therefore we will try our best to contact the recipient to get the correct address and deliver it to their door.
